Donations & Gift Giving


St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School is dedicated to living the Gospel values and meeting the spiritual and academic needs of all our students.  As a self-supporting institution, we rely on the generosity of benefactors to assist us in narrowing the gap between actual costs and tuition.  We invite you to join us in furthering our mission by contributing to one or more of the following funds or gift giving opportunities:

General Fund
General donations made directly to the school are applied to wherever there is the greatest need. Funds received benefit all students of St. Francis Elementary.

Student Scholarship Fund
Give the gift of education to a student in need. 

Endowment Fund
 Insuring the future.  Principal donations increase interest payment amounts that may be drawn by the school in the event of need.

The Giving Tree
Itemized requests from teachers and staff for classroom needs such as board games or heavy duty glue guns.

In Memoriam
St. Francis is honored to accept gifts made in memory of a loved one or a graduating class. 

Building & Grounds Keeping
Historically beautiful but in need of constant upkeep, donations help to offset building expenditures & landscaping which can exceed budgeted funds. 

Annual Fund
Contributions may be made using Annual Fund envelopes in the quarterly newsletter. Donations to this fund may be designated by the donor.

Mission

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Elementary School is dedicated to living the Gospel values. Our Franciscan, academically challenging curriculum teaches and supports students in becoming contributing members of their communities.

 
Philosophy

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Elementary School, an educational ministry of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, strives to create a Franciscan environment which serves the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical needs of our students. Understanding that parents are the primary educators of their children, the staff’s vocation is to inspire and facilitate learning. Together, we instill Catholic Christian values and traditions in our children.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;

O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled,
