The Back to School BBQ is just around the
corner. As always, we’ve got lots in store for you—music,
dancing, games for the kidlets, food, drinks, prizes, &
more! Additional details (like how/when to purchase your
tickets for this shindig) will be forthcoming~
WE NEED:
Volunteers

For those of you eager to earn your parent
hours, the BBQ is a great place to start. If you are able
to assist with any of the committees listed below, please
email Kim Macias at
kmacias@edd.ca.gov. Additionally, Volunteer Sign-Up Sheets will be
posted on the bulletin board (front entrance of the school)
the week of August 24.

NOTE:
We are in immediate need of a chairperson for
the Clean-Up & Security Committees. If you are interested &
would like more detail as to what this entails, please
contact Kim Macias.
Raffle Prizes
– Raffle prizes can be anything from a gift certificate to a
restaurant/retail store, to a theatrical event, to home &
garden products, to sports paraphernalia to…well you name
it—the list is endless. If you are able to help us out with
a raffle donation for this event, please take your item (s)
to the school office prior to date of event.

earned by donating ($20 spent = 1 parent hour).
