Hot lunch is available 5 days a week.

Order Forms can be found in the cafeteria, outside the main office, in the extension room or on the school website under Hot Lunch or forms & Resources.

 

Order forms are available monthly. The upcoming month form comes out the last week of every month. In order to make it easier to buy and prepare the correct amount of lunches, order forms should be turned in as early as possible..

Please make sure to label the desired lunch day on the menu with your child’s name. This information helps to create the checklist for each day of service.

If a family has more than one child, please write the names on each day each child is buying lunch so we can limit confusion. Forms can be turned into the office or directly to the cafeteria, and needs to be turned over by the deadline for each month.

Payments 
The price for one lunch is $5 per student, per day.

Lunches 
Each lunch includes an entrée, side, milk, and a choice of fruit or green salad. I try to make as many things for the kids as I can. I make the applesauce, spaghetti sauce, the pinto beans, the lasagna rolls, chili, the macaroni and cheese. I roll out the pizzas and prepare all sandwiches, tacos, and burritos by myself. Please feel free to come speak to me about dietary concerns or allergies.

About Myself 
My name is Eric Church and I graduated from St. Francis in 1996. I began to work at St. Francis in January 2001, while I went to CSUS where I received my degree in Social Sciences. In 2009, I took over operations of the St. Francis lunch program. I saw it as an unexpected opportunity to help the school community where I grew up, where my mom has worked for 30 years, where my sister and cousin went to school, and where I met my wife. I am very proud to be a part of the St. Francis School community, and it is my hope that I can be a benefit to all our families and students.
